Our model program is designed to provide a welcoming model apartment or condo that will showcase the living environment of your community for potential residents and their families. With our extensive list of vendors we are able to supply all aspects of our model furniture packages in a timely and budget friendly manner. As your local source for model designs and furniture packages, we take out the hassle and worry of setting up a space to display for potential residents. Our furniture packages give residents and families the added option to purchase furniture, creating solutions to ease their transition of moving to your community.

Common Space Redesign

Common spaces often become outdated or need a fresh new look. Our design team can take on the burden of these updates by working with you to select new furniture, curtains, blinds, artwork and decor. Bring us in on the selections of paint color, flooring, and finishes - we can do it all!
